All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Please note that processing times may be extended during busy periods such as sales or holidays.

2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to Ireland, the European Union, and selected international countries.

3. SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times:

Ireland: 2–5 business days
EU countries: 5–10 business days
International: 7–15 business days

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. DELIVERY DELAYS

While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

7. RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY

Under EU consumer law, responsibility for the goods remains with the seller until the goods have been delivered to the customer.

If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at eslaahclothes@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.

8. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you need to correct your address, contact us immediately after placing your order. Changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.
