Refund policy

At Eslaah, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return according to the policy below.

1. Right to Cancel (EU & UK Customers)

If you are purchasing from the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags must still be attached

  • Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items

  • Final clearance items

  • Gift cards

4. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email us with your order number and reason for return.

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, in accordance with EU and UK consumer regulations.

6. Exchanges

If you prefer a different size or item, you may request:

  • An exchange, or

  • Store credit for a future purchase.

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless:

  • The item arrived damaged, or

  • The wrong item was sent.

For international returns (including UK orders), customers are responsible for any shipping costs, customs fees, or duties related to the return.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
